Lectureship

The Department of Politics and History is a thriving and expanding interdisciplinary Department in the School of Social Sciences, with a current full-time staff complement of 22.

In RAE 2008 75% of our research was judged to be of international standard and our NSS scores show 88% and 100% student satisfaction in Politics and History respectively.

We are now seeking to further expand and develop the Department with a new full-time, permanent appointment :

Lectureship in Imperial/Colonial History

Salary H3 : £35,900 - £46,182 pa incl. London Weighting

We are seeking candidates to complement and strengthen our current research profile and teaching provision.
